Enable Kollective eCDN for webcasts in Control Hub
As a full administrator, you can enable Kollective Enterprise Content Delivery Network (eCDN) for webcasts to optimize video delivery within your organization. By integrating with Control Hub, administrators can ensure smooth and high-quality webcast experiences.

Before you begin
Ensure you have the full administrator role for Control Hub and the Kollective admin portal.

Sign in to the Kollective portal. |

Click Cisco Webex to activate the integration. |

Click Add Integration to view the tenant ID and service token. We recommend that you keep a temporary copy of the tenant ID and service token. The tenant ID and service token are used to integrate Kollective into Control Hub. |
